An expressive combination of base wines from younger vines of the Comte de Thun Crus. "La Parrazal" reflects the characteristic features of Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon as well as the unique terroir of the Plateau Cordais. This cuvée perfectly reflects the characteristic features of each grape variety. Its scent is strongly influenced by the Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet show up on the palate with their fruity characteristics of red fruits and cassis. The bouquet is complemented by silky tannins and a herbal freshness.
Vinification:
With his “dark dress” he is still very young. He impresses with an "open nose", pleasant red fruits with a light floral note. In the mouth a dense, full-bodied fresh wine. A wine that can also be enjoyed in a few years.
