IGP Cotes du Tarn "La Cabane" Cabernet Sauvignon 2001
“La Cabane” is a densely structured but elegant wine. Pure blueberries with forest raspberries and blackberries on the nose, underlaid with lots of peppery spice and a hint of violets and cedar wood. These aromas are reflected on the palate and develop primarily in the spicy direction. This mineral wine has a firm tannin structure and consistently shows an animating freshness right through to the long finish. Great storage potential.
Vintage description:
Persistent slightly red in color. Impressive nose, red fruits and vanilla notes in the background. A perfect wine with food, especially with red meat.
