IGP Côtes du Tarn « La Parrazal » 2009

An expressive combination of base wines from younger vines from the Comte de Thun crus. “La Parrazal” reflects the characteristic characteristics of Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon as well as the unique terroir of the Plateau Cordais. This cuvée perfectly reflects the characteristic features of the individual grape varieties. Its scent is strongly influenced by Syrah, while Merlot and Cabernet appear on the palate with their fruity expression of red fruits and cassis. The bouquet is completed by silky tannins and a herbal freshness.
