IGP Côtes du Tarn « La Cabane » Cabernet Sauvignon 2000

“La Cabane” is a densely structured but elegant wine. On the nose, pure blueberries with wild raspberries and blackberries, underlined with lots of peppery spice and a hint of violet and cedar wood. These aromas are reflected on the palate and develop primarily in a spicy direction. This mineral wine has a firm tannin structure and shows a stimulating freshness throughout, right through to the long finish. Great storage potential.
